“Beginning to end: superior service. Starting with Lisa and Reedie, all aspects of services offered ere explained in full in a professional and congenial manner. We never had the feeling of being “up-sold” but regather attention was given to our priorities and budget. We had complete duct work replacement, attic space repair and insulation plus fresh air system. The teams were efficient, professional and courteous at all times and that means a lot to us. The final analysis was completed by Reedie, fixes needed were identified and the work was completed on schedule with the same level of professionalism. All involved are highly recommended.”

“Bill was supposed to come over to estimate repair on microwave vent damaged during remodel several years ago. Rather than just glance over the project ,he quickly realized the duct had been pushed up into the attic. He went up twice, pulled it down into position , then secured it back in place. Incredible that he we above and beyond and fixed it on the spot.”

“Very quick in replacing a very hard place to replace an air handler. The installation guys had to cut the old air handler and take it down in pieces, so in turn had to disassemble the new huge air handler and rebuild it in a hot attic. I know how warm( hot) it can get in the attic. Very professional, keep the work are clean. When they left, could not tell they had been there. Unit is working great!!”

“After the phenomenal job Comfort Services did replacing my second floor HVAC, I decided to have them seal my attic leaks, spray in insulation, and build a catwalk for easier access in the future. What a joy it was to work them. Lisa was always pleasant to speak with on the phone. She was professional and timely in relaying the request to Reedie. Reedie came over, did a very thorough inspection of the house and attic and made recommendations. Once again, there was no pressure on which option to purchase. He is a straight shooter and I trusted him. I went with the option that would work very well and was not the most expensive option. Once again, it is important to note that I never felt pushed or pressured to make a specific choice. We then had Austin and Caleb arrive at the house and begin the process of removing the old insulation, sealing all the air leaks in the attic, building the cat walk so I could move around easily, and then blow in the insulation. I am thoroughly impressed by their demeanor, timeliness, professionalism, and attention to detail. Every day they returned to continue work, we talked before I left for work. The told me exactly what the plan was for that day. I never felt any sense of unease by having them work in the house while my family was home. The smiles on their faces, their jovial attitudes, and the stalwart industry make them showcase employees. Everyday the jobsite was clean and I was briefed on what was completed. Most days I went up in the attic and they pointed out the particular areas that required attention. I could not be happier. When all was done, Reedie returned, inspected the work (which was made easy with the addition of the cat walk), and then reviewed the paperwork. I would ask them back into my house to conduct work in a heartbeat. Well done you, Comfort Services.”

“We have been working with Comfort Services for almost 15 years and have been happy ever since. Lisa took our all provided courteous, professional, and timely referral to Reedie Ward. Reedie arrived at the agreed upon time and did a very thorough evaluation of the space that needed conditioned air as well as the status of the unit, duct work, and insulation. Reedie knows his stuff. He never talked over me or tried to baffle me with BS. The dialogue with Reedie was honest, direct, and timely. He did not try to corner us into picking one particular unit or plan. He gave us options. After a brief discussion, we decided on a plan. The option for 72 months 0% financing makes a good plan great. In only a couple of days they returned to install the unit. Esteban and Joseph were very courteous and professional. When they came across and hurdle or friction point, they handled it with ease. When they determined that the air handler outside would not fit through some of the hallways, Reedie showed up immediately and arranged for a crane to lift it to the second floor that day. After installation, Esteban and Joel did a wonderful job of cleaning up. I was so impressed with their work, that I coordinated with Reedie and Lisa the next day to have my attic insulated and a cat walk placed. You can read that in my next comment.”

“We had our Fall maintenance service done by Joel last week. He was on time and explained what he would be doing and asked if we had any concerns about our heat pump. He answered all our questions and went right to work. After he was done he told us what he had observed and offered a few suggestions to continue maintaining the performance of our unit.
