“We had an issue with unbalanced coverage of heating and cooling through out our home. My current HVAC contractor made a proposal to replace our entire HVAC system that they felt would solve the problem. We felt that was somewhat overboard. We decided that we needed to get a second opinion. We contacted Comfort Services and ask would they come and inspect our system and provide us with their opinion on the cause of the problem. They said they would.
First they sent service technician Mike B. to check the system out mechanically. All components were working properly. Mike could feel for himself the temperature differences walking through the house. He suggested trying an ecobee T-stat with room sensors to see if that would help. It was helpful, but not enough. Next we got them to send Reedie W. their comfort consultant to check everything from insulation to system size and duct work. After a thorough study Reedie showed us we had a 4 ton heat pump and a 2 ton duct system. Upon his recommendation we did a duct modification at a much more reasonable cost. That he strongly felt would solve the problem. So then came Esteban B. and his crew to do the work. Reedie was right it has made a huge difference. Every person we were in contact with at Comfort Services were friendly and ready to help. Thanks for a job well done!”

Although the pricing has substantially increased over the last few years, Lisa suggested we finance part of the overall cost which really helped through Wells Fargo! Estoban and Pedro were here on time and their install and other tasks were performed to perfection! They cleaned up so well, you would never know they were here! “Beginning to end: superior service. Starting with Lisa and Reedie, all aspects of services offered ere explained in full in a professional and congenial manner. We never had the feeling of being “up-sold” but regather attention was given to our priorities and budget. We had complete duct work replacement, attic space repair and insulation plus fresh air system. The teams were efficient, professional and courteous at all times and that means a lot to us. The final analysis was completed by Reedie, fixes needed were identified and the work was completed on schedule with the same level of professionalism. All involved are highly recommended.”

“We have been working with Comfort Services for almost 15 years and have been happy ever since. Lisa took our all provided courteous, professional, and timely referral to Reedie Ward. Reedie arrived at the agreed upon time and did a very thorough evaluation of the space that needed conditioned air as well as the status of the unit, duct work, and insulation. Reedie knows his stuff. He never talked over me or tried to baffle me with BS. The dialogue with Reedie was honest, direct, and timely. He did not try to corner us into picking one particular unit or plan. He gave us options. After a brief discussion, we decided on a plan. The option for 72 months 0% financing makes a good plan great. In only a couple of days they returned to install the unit. Esteban and Joseph were very courteous and professional. When they came across and hurdle or friction point, they handled it with ease. When they determined that the air handler outside would not fit through some of the hallways, Reedie showed up immediately and arranged for a crane to lift it to the second floor that day. After installation, Esteban and Joel did a wonderful job of cleaning up. I was so impressed with their work, that I coordinated with Reedie and Lisa the next day to have my attic insulated and a cat walk placed. You can read that in my next comment.”
