HVAC System With Dehumidifer Replacement in Aberdeen, NC 28315

“After 20+ years, it was time to replace our HVAC system. Because of the professional and personable behavior Bruce Newsome displayed on a near-emergency service call last summer, we decided to use Comfort Services for this project. From the initial visit with solutions advisor Reedie to the completion of the job, we were more than pleased with the work ethic and professionalism of the entire crew. Tyler made sure that we were comfortable with the process of insulating the attic space and explained what was being done for energy efficiency. Esteban and Malik did a great job of removing the old equipment and installing the new. Esteban took the time to answer all of our questions and explained what was being done. They made sure that we had air on the nights before the job was finished. He and Malik were courteous and professional the entire time they were in our home. Bruce stopped by during the installation to make sure that everything was being done to our satisfaction. Upon completion, Reedie came back to check everything out and make sure that we were happy and assured us that he would do a later follow up to ensure that everything was good. He was very thorough and when he did not have the part he needed, rather than put in something that was close to the item, he called and had the correct one brought in. New Carrier System Installation

excellent choice with the new carrier system. i could not be more happy with the installation, the insulation job and the air sealing job.
mr. bruce is a gentlemsn first and foremost and makes sure ur system is functioning 100%. the sales process was well performed as i had done my research. i was not pressured nor was i give misleading info. if u want a good system that provides top notch enviromental quality and top shelf servicing of that equipment look no further than Comfort Services and Carrier Equipment. every penny spent was well worth it!!!

Very Professional!

Joel did a fantastic job serving my 2 AC Units yesterday 6/5/19. He was very thorough and took the time to answer my questions and discussed various options concerning my older unit. He was not in any rush as I’ve seen with other AC / Heating Co’s! Nancy is wonderful in the office! Very professional and accommodating! Thank you to all.
