“After the phenomenal job Comfort Services did replacing my second floor HVAC, I decided to have them seal my attic leaks, spray in insulation, and build a catwalk for easier access in the future. What a joy it was to work them. Lisa was always pleasant to speak with on the phone. She was professional and timely in relaying the request to Reedie. Reedie came over, did a very thorough inspection of the house and attic and made recommendations. Once again, there was no pressure on which option to purchase. He is a straight shooter and I trusted him. I went with the option that would work very well and was not the most expensive option. Once again, it is important to note that I never felt pushed or pressured to make a specific choice. We then had Austin and Caleb arrive at the house and begin the process of removing the old insulation, sealing all the air leaks in the attic, building the cat walk so I could move around easily, and then blow in the insulation. I am thoroughly impressed by their demeanor, timeliness, professionalism, and attention to detail. Every day they returned to continue work, we talked before I left for work. The told me exactly what the plan was for that day. I never felt any sense of unease by having them work in the house while my family was home. The smiles on their faces, their jovial attitudes, and the stalwart industry make them showcase employees. Everyday the jobsite was clean and I was briefed on what was completed. Most days I went up in the attic and they pointed out the particular areas that required attention. I could not be happier. When all was done, Reedie returned, inspected the work (which was made easy with the addition of the cat walk), and then reviewed the paperwork. I would ask them back into my house to conduct work in a heartbeat. Well done you, Comfort Services.”

“We have been working with Comfort Services for almost 15 years and have been happy ever since. Lisa took our all provided courteous, professional, and timely referral to Reedie Ward. Reedie arrived at the agreed upon time and did a very thorough evaluation of the space that needed conditioned air as well as the status of the unit, duct work, and insulation. Reedie knows his stuff. He never talked over me or tried to baffle me with BS. The dialogue with Reedie was honest, direct, and timely. He did not try to corner us into picking one particular unit or plan. He gave us options. After a brief discussion, we decided on a plan. The option for 72 months 0% financing makes a good plan great. In only a couple of days they returned to install the unit. Esteban and Joseph were very courteous and professional. When they came across and hurdle or friction point, they handled it with ease. When they determined that the air handler outside would not fit through some of the hallways, Reedie showed up immediately and arranged for a crane to lift it to the second floor that day. After installation, Esteban and Joel did a wonderful job of cleaning up. I was so impressed with their work, that I coordinated with Reedie and Lisa the next day to have my attic insulated and a cat walk placed. You can read that in my next comment.”

“We had our Fall maintenance service done by Joel last week. He was on time and explained what he would be doing and asked if we had any concerns about our heat pump. He answered all our questions and went right to work. After he was done he told us what he had observed and offered a few suggestions to continue maintaining the performance of our unit. We have always been very pleased with Comfort Services and will continue to use their services in the future.”

“After 20+ years, it was time to replace our HVAC system. Because of the professional and personable behavior Bruce Newsome displayed on a near-emergency service call last summer, we decided to use Comfort Services for this project. From the initial visit with solutions advisor Reedie to the completion of the job, we were more than pleased with the work ethic and professionalism of the entire crew. Tyler made sure that we were comfortable with the process of insulating the attic space and explained what was being done for energy efficiency. Esteban and Malik did a great job of removing the old equipment and installing the new. Esteban took the time to answer all of our questions and explained what was being done. They made sure that we had air on the nights before the job was finished. He and Malik were courteous and professional the entire time they were in our home. Bruce stopped by during the installation to make sure that everything was being done to our satisfaction. Upon completion, Reedie came back to check everything out and make sure that we were happy and assured us that he would do a later follow up to ensure that everything was good. We were very happy with performance of the entire Comfort Services crew and are enjoying a much cooler home. Based on our experience, I would be happy to recommend Comfort to anyone.”

“Michael was excellent in doing the repairs. He actually was able to identify the problem as I described it to him. He was very thorough and when he did not have the part he needed, rather than put in something that was close to the item, he called and had the correct one brought in. He actually solved the problem on both of my air conditioning units. I would highly recommend Comfort Services to everyone.”

excellent choice with the new carrier system. i could not be more happy with the installation, the insulation job and the air sealing job.
mr. bruce is a gentlemsn first and foremost and makes sure ur system is functioning 100%. the sales process was well performed as i had done my research. i was not pressured nor was i give misleading info. if u want a good system that provides top notch enviromental quality and top shelf servicing of that equipment look no further than Comfort Services and Carrier Equipment. every penny spent was well worth it!!!
Joel did a fantastic job serving my 2 AC Units yesterday 6/5/19. He was very thorough and took the time to answer my questions and discussed various options concerning my older unit. He was not in any rush as I’ve seen with other AC / Heating Co’s! Nancy is wonderful in the office! Very professional and accommodating! Thank you to all.
